Pros

My DON is fair. The paycheck is nice.

Cons

Hands down I have never felt more left out in a "team". They look for things to talk to the DON about on me, which is one sided stuff and petty. I try to just let it roll off my back but at some point a person will snap!

Pros

Flexible scheduling, autonomy, they try to keep you in one area (I.e north, south), have per visit with benefits option

Cons

Inflexible management, high turnover, employee input not valued, on call can be intense at times (especially on weekends), poor computer charting system, difficult to reach case managers/clinical supervisors the majority of the time due to constant meetings they have to attend, very low morale, high employee dissatisfaction currently
