      Everyone in our office is PATIENT- oriented first! Love it!

      Pros

      Our office staff are knowledgable and helpful. The different professionals work together to optimize scheduling for both patients and therapists/nurses. Love the flexibility of time! Salary is competitive and management is flexible and their doors are always open.

      Cons

      Computer software is difficult to learn and not organized in a logical manner. But with some dedication, you can learn it and use it effectively.

      Pros

      The Pros of working at AccentCare are that it is a company where you have to ability to move up in the career ladder, management is open to employees who want to learn more and take on more responsibilities or cross train with another employee to be able to help if that person is sick or out, also the work environment is great. There are always people who are willing to help/teach new staff and others doing new procedures or tasks.

      Cons

      The Con of working at AccentCare is, in my opinion, the paperwork for the Nursing staff on documentation but will soon be replaced with computer/tablets soon so that will alleviate some of that paperwork.

      Management is very flexible and willing to work with you. We work in a great office with a great atmosphere, Great Nursing & overall a great staff!!!

      Cons

      We could use more days off.
