Pros

1. Human Resources are easily accessible. 2. Classroom trainings are very good and enjoyable.

Cons

1. As a fresher, skills are allocated randomly (which is not a healthy practice, asking people to take skills which they might not be interested and make it a career out of it) 2. Compensation is not as good as other companies for freshers 3. Projects are also allocated randomly... if you are lucky enough you might get one early else it is a never ending waiting game. 4. There is no guarantee how much time you might be in a project, a week , a month... can be anything, you can be rolled off from projects and put back into Bench any time.
