Pros

Work Life Balance is amazing with all kinds of in-office facilities. Camaraderie is nice, and work becomes enjoyable. Training and Development is highly focused upon.

Cons

Compensation is low, and work roles are randomly made fit for junior employees. If you are going as a fresher, make sure that you are not forced in a role which you are not comfortable with, and ask HR to move you around.
