Nice perks, big company, not a lot of support

Pros

-paid training, travel -nice office in downtown Minneapolis -cool events hosted by company -benefits are decent

Cons

I was automatically placed at a client project and did not receive a lot of support to help me succeed in the role. As it was my first job out of college, I would have appreciated more mentorship and career development. My supervisor on the project was hard to work with.
