Competitive Salary (For no experience) Flexible work arrangement (Work from home occasionally) Positive environment Diversity Lots of employee resource groups/ways to get involved

Cons

Consulting firm, so you have to apply for jobs within your job Work with offshore resources, so communication/ timing issues Slow starting (I was doing training for 2+ months before I started work on a project) Travel is expected
