Pros

You need a job and have a pulse. You like drinking koolaid. You believe what they said during your interview was what you’d actually be doing.

Cons

If you look below you see “Great Company” “Nice” “Awesome Benefits and opportunities “ these post have been created in India or/and HR at different locations. They are BS, and fake. You’ll notice they increase during major hiring months. High turnover, crap benefits and zero opportunity. They sell to fill roles with warm bodies. You’d be the warm body. If you talk to past employees they’ll sum it up as a major career mistake.

Pros

Great benefits and pay, great culture, great learning opportunity and carrer growth path, great projects and clients

Cons

Recruitment process takes very long. The background check takes very long especially if you have international educational background or overseas employment history. They check all your criminal history, educational history and employment history

Pros

Can not think of a single one.

Cons

Brutal to people. Could care less about the employees, really. "Values" are not worth the paper. Kill you with 80-100 hour weeks, then drag you in off vacation for URGENT things that are not even used. Talk is great when recruiting, then the job you end up with is not what was promised, below what you are capable of, with a supervisor who's less experienced than you are. Nothing in the firm is well funded, so it's a brutal game to get what you need to get your basic business done. Meanwhile your career counselor just points you at the stock price. Boys club extra-ordinaire and they don't even bother to hide it. If you are not on the A-list you are a perpetual outsider until you get tired and leave, at which point they sic external counsel on the basis of non-compete only to harrass you and your future employer.
