Pros

Accenture is a great place to learn or acquire networking skills as well as management experience. You learn to think on your feet.

Cons

If you are used to being guided or having a path, Accenture might be a little challenging at times as you make your own path. At times, this depends on the people you know, which makes it difficult for a new analyst. Compensation is at or below market average.
