Pros

Flexible. Can be great if you enjoy working with patients.

Cons

There can be a lot of unpaid downtime from cancellations or assignments ending early, which are all out of your control.

Pros

Very good if you need a flexible schedule. student, another part-time job, etc... You can take off days, or hours without problem. Though peak hours are usually needed to be covered

Cons

If you work (drive or wait in between jobs) from 9-5 , you would only get about maybe 4 to 5 hours payed, so $100/day. . ($100 /8 hours = $12.50) minus taxes, gas,... Which makes your $20 an hour to be much less.
