AMC is mission driven and focused on serving rural communities healthcare needs. This makes it rewarding and fulfilling each day. This is also a collaborative team based environment. Lastly, this is a growing organization that is focused on continuous improvement in all areas. A lot of work has been done in late 2025 and early 2026 in many areas that make this a great place to work and serve patients. This includes updated Mission, Vision, Core Values as well as improved benefits for employees.
Cons
AMC will always need to keep an eye on balancing growth with continuous improvement where we already serve communities.
