      Management understands what work-life balance and provides flexible solutions to obtain employee satisfaction. Open door policy is also available here.

      Cons

      None at this time everything is very fluid here and is ever changing. Managment encourages feedback and will assist in changes throughout the company.

      They offer managed IT services

      Cons

      Every other product they sell is a commodity and they do not know how to compete and deliver those services. They only are a good fit for very small SMB clients in Chicago area so opportunity to sell large clients doesn't exist. There systems and process are all over the place and broken.
