Pros

Currently here for over 7 years. It's a small company so employees wear many hats. Everyday you have the opportunity to make an impact. Management gives it's employees flexibility and allows them to have a say in how you do your job. If the system isn't working your empowered to fix it. Company owners are passionate about their people and work/life balance. Everyone wants to win.

Cons

If you want to a 8-5 job where you can come in and "hide" or do the minimum this isn't the place for you. If you want to "get through the day" then you work somewhere else.

Pros

Fun place to work. Some of my best friends were made at Access One and will continue to be friends for life. The current COO is the best boss I've ever had, some of the previous poor reviews I read were under the prior COO's leadership. The owners of the company are awesome and give of a casual vibe that can be felt throughout the company. Small company gives off the family feel.

Cons

Parking can sometimes be a hassle but that is downtown Chicago for you.
