Pros

I love working at Access One. I never thought I could actually enjoy working until I came here. Everyone is eager to help and answer questions. Company events are fun and boost morale. If there are resources you need, just ask and they are happy to provide them within reason. They understand that emergencies come up and make accommodations. What more can you realistically want?

I could be paid a million dollars a year and would still complain so I guess money?

Bad management a lot of finger pointing and disorder with top management. They fire by telephone no notice. Never know who’ll be next
