      Pros

      Fun place to work. Some of my best friends were made at Access One and will continue to be friends for life. The current COO is the best boss I've ever had, some of the previous poor reviews I read were under the prior COO's leadership. The owners of the company are awesome and give of a casual vibe that can be felt throughout the company. Small company gives off the family feel.

      Cons

      Parking can sometimes be a hassle but that is downtown Chicago for you.

      Flexible. Pays well If you close business consistently. Positive culture. Broad service offering. Services generally work well.

      Cons

      You'll be often selling on price. Poor training. No upward mobility. Comcast/AT&T dominate. Internal systems slow/dated. Process-reform takes long.
