      Pros

      I have been working with this company for 10+ years. I want to share my feedback and correction to a post which is being made again and again by a person which to see is very painful. I would like to say that the lady employees are treated with atmost respect. There is always equal opportunity given to them. There are many leaders who are ladies and they have been with this company for many years. Leading teams and have become successful in building their careers.

      There are cons but they are very common in many companies. There is always scope for improvement to any organization. Including Google, Microsoft or Amazon.
