Small company, easy to get noticed. Management gives a chance to those they feel are deserving. The APAC Boss has a Human heart, buried deep beneath all that is listed in the Cons.
Cons
Poor Paymasters. They will fleece if not dealt with, tactfully. Biased Management who will only heed the words of a few, regardless of an individual's capacity or Performance. There are a select few who play dirty politics. One must lick the boots of those that assume they are entitled, lest they sway one's prospective career in any direction they please. Very chaotic environment, no processes whatsoever and all decision making is at the Boss' whims and fancies. Some Sales people will take on any job just to meet targets. Be prepared to have no work life balance and be at the beck and call of work at all hours, if aiming to please the Boss. No adherence to quality and will ship just about anything they can put together. Sales and recruiters will tell all types of lies just to lure candidates into a trap, without flinching. Do not provide Medical Insurance to candidates for several months after joining. Overall, a shoddy blotch work of an organisation one is recommended to stay away from
