      Pros

      I worked at Accion Labs as a technical recruiter in the Pittsburgh office for over two years and I had a great experience in my time there. You have access to technical people which allows you to learn about how the technologies work for the positions you are recruiting for and that was very helpful. Management was fair, honest and cares about their employee's professional development. My coworkers were friendly and hardworking. They also had fun office events.

      The position worked out well and was what I expected so for me there were no cons to report.

      Pros

      Very open environment. Working on almost all the latest technologies so you will get a chance to work with any possible technology. If you like working on latest technologies, this is the best place. Most of the projects are end to end implementation, which give 360 degree experience in building complete product. Employees with specialized skills are included in the Accion Innovation Center, and have time to do RnD on latest trends in technologies. Best part is, all the people in management CEO, CTO, MD ... have been programmers in past and grew up in career path ... they understand both sides, programming and business side. Which is really helpful.

      I can't think of any. There is always room for improvement and that is why company need us :D

      Pros

      Good support from the team, managers & support division. We get to work on new things individually & our work is always recognized by the seniors.

      Cons

      Attendance management should be more streamlined.
