Though the ceo, cto , MD level people are hardworking and empathetic There few seniors managers, AVP who treat employees like slaves. They treat you like you are dumb. More than client these managers put extreme pressure. If you come under these managers/director your carrier will get spoiled. Your personal life becomes hell. Even people achieved big in their previous assignment but under him you become failure even you don't have any fault. They don't have any have family and thinks others also don't have.
