- Possibility in working for very important projects - Colleagues become like family

Cons

- There is a gap between Main Management in Spain head office and UAE office. Which means you might have a good impact in a project but in the end you are only a number in the eyes of head office in Spain. - Issues with tender bidding which lead to unrealistic budget in some projects.
