      Very Intrusive

      Pros

      Some good people, but not enough to make it worth it.

      Cons

      Company is very intrusive when it comes to not only its own employees but to those on the side of the EPC's that they hire to construct their projects as well. Asking the management team at a project site "what keeps you up at night" is not the way to ask someone if they see any potential issues with the project. Pay and per diem isn't all that great either, and certainly didn't compensate for the way certain members of upper management made you feel on their visits. Corporate management treats site teams and EPC's in such a condescending manner, it is very off-putting, and quite frankly, rude.

      Working night shift you don't have to deal with management...

      Cons

      Tenable turnover rate, poor pay for the job, management doesn't support employees decisions. Had to work a 5 man rotation with 4 people for 2/3 of a year.

      Great Product Great Overall Mission Nice Facility Smaller organization offering a lifetime of experience.

      Cons

      Upper Management has polluted the company with a rule similar to a benevolent dictatorship. Forcing all superior employees out of the company who present a higher level of leadership. Practices contrary to common law and the overall ACCIONA mission are overlooked everyday. Very disappointing for a company that had everything aligned to succeed in the beginning. Low company moral, and a Human Resources Team committing illegal/immoral activities with upper management support.
