Free food but high turnover and mangers lacking communication

- Free food (slop, no gluten free options) - Heartist discount at Accor hotels (only got 4 months into job)

Cons

- no staff parking - no staff travel benifit (only if part-time/full-time after 6months) - high staff turnover
