Started my career here in Accord and I never had to look back or regret about ever since. I was put in to very good team with technically solid and motivating leads and managers. Always available and open to resolve work or personal issues. The learning curve for me in Embedded Systems was exponential for my stint there in Accord. in my view the pros of this company would be: - Open management, you can approach anyone for anything - Not just concentrating on one domain - Give good compensation and consideration for loyalty of an employee - Provides good support for higher studies (india/abroad) - Motivated & Technically strong managers - Good onsite opportunities for most of the teams - Whether you are in software or hardware, you will get good quality work - **if you are up to it**
