There managers can't see the capabilities and quality of the employees.
Value of this company is very good in the market but actually internally is not good.
Team sifting very frequently.
You need to stay more then 9 hours even you have not a 1minute work and no internet given.
They have not a development project.
In s/w department very few employee are knowledgeable.
Management and Managers are doing partiality between South Indian and North Indian.
Food qualities are too much bad and it's mandatory to take food.
No canteen facilities and no tea/coffee provided more then 2 times in a day.
If you will go for 5 minute to anywhere within the company first you need to take permission from your tech-lead/manager.
you can't expect anything from the management.
Location of company is like a rural area, you can't say,you are in bangalore if you are in front of company, even roads are too bad.
At the time of appraisal they are giving same hike to everyone, they are not checking knowledge,quality of employee.
Every manager treating fresher like a enemies.
