A difference maker for Muncie, but low bar for starting comp

Pros

Vision casting from a leadership perspective is excellent. When working onsite, leaders who regularly work in the office are personable and approachable. Communication of being a culture-first organization was apparent.

Cons

Back in 2022, there was a culture of managers who were great workers, but lacked management skills that kept and cultivated teams. Due to this, the talk about culture sometimes did not align with the experience of the culture.

-Good starter job -Some of the people are nice -Good learning experience

Cons

-Starting salary is really low, they hire fresh graduates from ball state so they can pay the bare minimum -Management is terrible and unrealistic, CEO acts like the company is gods gift to humanity. -Seems to care more about the crappy restaurant than the actual company and their employees -1 week pto -RTO is annoying and useless. -Some of the software devs are stuck up and act like know-it-all's

Pros

The workplace culture is really nice, there is a lot of emphasis put on individuals and it is flexible when it can be.

Cons

Depending on the team, the work can be a little tedious, and they are can be somewhat old fashioned about working from home and time tracking occasionally.
