      The Best Company I’ve Worked For

      Pros

      The ability to work remotely caught my attention, but this company has much more to offer. They offer competitive salary, bonus plan, 401k plan, FTO, and various other perks/incentives to create a healthy work/life environment. The people I work with are amazing.

      Cons

      I have identified two (opposing) cons while working here: Occasional feelings of isolation can accompany working remotely; excessive meetings can sometimes inhibit the focus and solitude required of the duties of the job.
