Colleagues sadly uneducated and undertrained — they could have been working anywhere as long as someone had a connect-the-dots diagram. Management was condescending on a personal basis and micromanaged their employees within an inch of their lives, to the point of dictating the color pen you used to take notes at a meeting. My manager would (arbitrarily) alternatate between commanding me to pay attention in meetings to ignore meetings and do work meanwhile. Sexual harassment was overlooked if the perpetrators were management pets. Overall, the most uncomfortable environment imaginable.

Poor company culture, inept senior management, low salaries. This company could be great, so it's just disappointing and frustrating that the management team can't make it grow and be successful. Lots of empire building (especially new CCO) and roadblocking between departments. Communication almost doesn't exist. Bloated management structure.
