      Pros

      It may provide some valuable exposure and insights to the inner workings of the medical device industry.

      Cons

      There seems to be a lot of emphasis placed on playing ball with the management because it doesn't matter what you do or what they say you can do, it is what they say you did.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for the industry.

      Cons

      Management has no good ideas or how to make the company profitable. Hypocrisy is rampant. The CEO works from home and employees are supposed to be at work. Never heard of a company that manufactures that has an absent CEO.

      The people are great. The product is amazing.

      Cons

      Leadership is awful. This company has no clue how to get out of its own way. There are so many functions that are left unchecked. There seems to be no sense of what is going to finally make this company profitable.
