      Pros

      Many strong intelligent individual contributors. Weak processes so if you are willing to work VERY hard you will be rewarded.

      Cons

      No direction from executive management Poorly managed resources and communication from top down Top heavy organization Employees who are strong see failures and move on while weak employees stay as they have no other options. Decisions for roadmap have no justification or ROI estimates. Employee burn out is rampant.
