      Great, innovative technology. Lots of dedicated staff who are there because they believe in the mission of the company.

      Cons

      Executive and board leadership is sorely lacking skills needed to turn company around.

      Pros

      Best and differentiated products, making a difference in saving cancer patients' lives. If you have a family member or friend with cancer, you will appreciate the impact this company is making.

      Cons

      Too much turnover and reorg every year. Some of the best leaders and passionate workers were driven out. Deteriorated the culture of the company and teams, which is often overlooked in businesses but vital for small companies battling Goliaths

      Pros

      Having to chance to work with brilliant and creative people working together to cure cancer was life changing.

      Cons

      Once Accuray acquired TomoTherapy the collaborative culture at TomoTherapy was completely wiped out. Accuray is a very top-heavy company which seemed to have little appreciation for the work of the talented and dedicated people that designed and built the TomoTherapy machine.
