The company's mission to save lives.

Cons

Many broken promises. The company is way too top-heavy. There are VPs 3 and 4 layers deep in the organization. Front line workers and mid level managers are stuck with too few resources and are the ones hit when layoffs occur.

Great products that the employees are proud to be building.

Cons

Very top heavy with managers at too many levels. Way too many managers that don't really contribute to the company's bottom line or add value to the products. The stock value is non-existent. This is very defeating for any employee that's trying to contribute to the overall success of the company.
