Donuts on Fridays. 50 cent snacks and beverages.

Cons

Top heavy. Many VP's, mini VP, Directors, middle managers, managers, mini mangers, supervisors. Not enough normal employees.

Pros

Accuray was generally ok after the merger, they were straight forward about the process and didn't hide anything.

Cons

My position was cut upon completion of the merger, but what was rather depressing was the series of layoffs prior to mine, 7 in total. My team went from 12 down to 2 when I was let go, and there was still a Manger for two people.
