Business Outlook
Pros
If you get to work on any of the planning or delivery systems software you'll get good experience writing efficient C++ code. The people are nice and generally very helpful.
Cons
Management hides a lot of the decision making. You generally work on your tasks and are kept in the dark on everything else. Company always seems to be unstable. Benefits aren't that great and people seem to be pretty bummed about it. QA is understaffed and the deadlines are super aggressive. Different teams don't coordinate that well. Pretty much work in silos. Whenever you communicate with another team it's like talking to an external company. Aggressive cost cutting measures which are good but suck out the fun of working there.
