It is a great place to work. Managers are understanding. It is a very busy work venue, never a dull moment

Cons

There are quite a few times that the sales floor is under-staffed. The salaries could be somewhat higher than what they are now..

employees were nice, they were very flexible with my schedule and always made sure they didn't interfere with my education and studying.

Cons

pay was only 7.50, some of the employees were extremely insensitive and very rude

Ace Hardware is an optimistic corporation. Always promoting positivity towards their customers, stores, and employees. They have been very good at promoting and seem to be on a path to growth.

Cons

Every store is different because Ace is a retailer-owned cooperative. This is only a downside because it's difficult to know what you may be getting into. The store I work for is great but I have heard good and bad stories about other stores.
