      Low key, friendly place to work. Enjoyed the people and the location. Flexible work schedule

      No training, no benefits, no room to move up within the organization. Disorganized environment. High turnover rate

      Pros

      Overall pleasant co-workers and supervisor.

      Cons

      It's summertime and the store is like a sauna bath due to lack of a/c - not a pleasant work environment nor shopping experience for most customers. Several customers complained to me about the building's hot temperature. Managment a bit to 'hyper-active attitude' about making sure each customer is greeted and 'helped'....I've yet to meet a customer who appreciates being asked multiple times if they're finding everything they need; I saw many customers approached multiple times.
