      Pros

      If you enjoy helping people fix their problems and find it rewarding this is a good place to work. If you have a lot of hands on experience fixing or building things you will do well.

      Cons

      There isn't a lot of room for growth.

      I'm able to contribute to the company direction, I have great co-workers, and it is a family feel at the store.

      NONE! This is a great place to work, it's family oriented, conveniently located, and I could go on and on!

      Pros

      This is a nice little company with good managers and staff that does a good job with team work and do not leave their work for others to do but carry their load. All employees appear to be honest with good work ethic and give good service to the customers.

      Cons

      Not enough hours and a specific employee consistently carries mis-information about fellow employees to one of the owners. This employee is a favorite and uses the method to elevate self in eyes of owner. If favorite does not like you you will never get more than a few hours. It is a shame because it is really not that competitive an environment.
