Business Outlook
Pros
Great pay for required work. Hours are pretty good, will rarely be asked to come in for extra hours or days. The crew is very fun (with a few exceptions).
Cons
Management rarely listens to ideas of employees. Very top-down management style. Common sense is lacking heavily in several employees and a few are emotionally volatile. Employees have relatively low expectations and responsibility. No real room to advance or move up.
