First and foremost, this company had great team members, who genuinely felt like family -- who look out and care for one another. There is a hardworking vibe instilled into employees by building rapport and respect, instilled by a flexible, understanding, professional and fair management. Corporate does a good job expressing its 5 core values of excellence and priorities customer engagement and care.
Cons
Upward mobility and position advancement can be a bit tricky as many people have been at this business for several years meaning that these positions come up sparingly. This is a side effect, however that many employees are happy in this business and turn over is fairly low.
