Family-like bond with co-workers Learn a lot about labor industry good employee discount

Long hours with little help. Pay is barely above minimum wage yet you are expected to take on a tremendous workload( far beyond your job description) tdiscountThey also claim to be "equal opportunity" but good luck with that. I worked 50 hr weeks for them for nearly 2 years and when i was involved in a car accident that hurt my back they kicked me to the curb. They said due to my injury i was REQUIRED to take a MANDATORY 12 wk unpaid fmla leav and if I didn't come back at full capacity then I wouldn't have a job. Too bad that was a year after I recovered from my injury when they figure it out how bad it really was. Wish they would have known how bad it really was when I asked for the leave in the first place (which they denied)
