      Great staff, hard work, rude customers, underpaid

      Pros

      The other sales associates were really nice and we all became friends. I learned so much there. Good first job.

      Cons

      The staff is underpaid for the work they are doing. The customers are often rude, impatient, and demanding. The managers often ignore time off requests. While I worked there, it was poorly run. Often was told not to clock out for lunch and to eat as quick as possible if it was busy in the store.

      Some departments can earn a decent paycheck

      Cons

      Outdated computer systems that are riddled with problems, unrealistic expectations, extremely high employee turn around, practically non existent supervisors, manegement is a joke, no interdepartment communication, poor facility upkeep (some lack of repair could lead to serious injury or death) unfair shifts (1st shift stuck at work for 10hrs while later shifts often get out at 6-7hrs regularly)

      Pros

      experience. cares about getting the customer EVERYTHING they could possibly need. the owner is really nice and great to work for.

      Cons

      walking on concrete 8 or more hours for minimum wage while not being allowed to sit and being held to a high expectation to sell. if a customer left without buying something we would be blamed and literally told to "sell, sell, SELL!" and when my fiance went to the emergency room at 4 am and I told them I couldn't make it they fired me.
