It’s now all about sales. No longer is it about making the owners and stores successful, it’s about selling more stuff to the stores, whether they need it or not. While the current CEO is awesome, he’s clearly on the way out, and the culture is already deteriorating.

This is a classic example of a "good ole boy" network. All of the senior jobs are held by white men. For the good jobs, they don't promote from within. They will find an outside candidate, most likely a friend of someone in HR or corporate. The incentive plan is ambiguous and has steadily declined for several years in a row. Turnover is ridiculously high, and most of the individuals willing to work there are young/criminals/mexican/desperate. The pay is 13.55 hourly for 2nd shift and they do offer overtime if you can handle the environment. There is a lot of micro - management from a poor management team. You will work all holidays and overtime is mandatory depending on company needs. They act like they care about employees but it's clear the bottom line is most important. The overall morale of the Gainesville, GA RSC is low and serious changes need to be made. If customers knew how filthy this place was, they would second guess ordering products from here.
