      Pros

      Flexible schedules. You meet some cool people. Good job to have while you're going to school.

      Cons

      Most of the managers are absolutely clueless and do not care about their employees. Corporate management is an even bigger joke and don't even think about going to HR about anything.

      Pros

      If you're lucky you will get a friendly boss /supervisor. Your hours can be flexible and you also receive vacation and sick pay.

      Cons

      Poor benefits. Hostile weather conditions if you're outside. Customers can sometimes be very rude and inconsiderate. If you work inside a parking garage you will be exposed to the harsh and dangerous car exhaust and other chemicals that can become concentrated. upper management is very rude and they do not care about their employees well-being. Your complaints are not taken seriously. You are paid very poorly for the amount of work that you do. Getting a raise is completely out of the question.

      Nice hotels to manage. Easy to train your staff. Easy job day to day. Good if you're an outdoors person.

      Cons

      Poor leadership among execs. To much politics are involved to advance. Lack of proper training to understand the job completely.
