      Pros

      - Great balance for life outside of work - Flexible schedule - Stay in shape - Awesome way to meet new people - Tips every shift I have worked at a hotel for 2+ years. Many jobs in different service industries. Best job I have had in my 22 years.

      Cons

      - Corporate has little contact with valets if at all..we are just pieces of a chess game to them - They do not apply permanent solutions to problems

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, make good tips doing relatively simple tasks, a lot of fun to drive different cars. You meet a lot of different people which is a cool thing too.

      Cons

      A lot of the supervisors are not qualified and should not be in a leadership position. They use an ancient clock in and payment system and sometimes its difficult to get your paychecks from the managers.

      Pros

      One of the reasons to work here is the people here are very friendly and family orientated. Another reason is a great part time job while attending school. Being outdoors is another good experience. Also good extra income for ones already employed with a full time career.

      Cons

      Challenges are probably the once in a while having to deal with irate customers, which is a part of any field of work.
