Vague culture, low base wage compared to competition, high turnover due to wage. Great management support though

Pros

The benefits and the hundreds of diverse customers I get to meet on a daily basis. Ace offers great benefits!

Cons

Co workers are immature and not responsible and their poor work affects me at all levels. Customers assume because they had a bad experience with one of us that we all going to treat them with poor customer service.

Pros

Great connections with various clients throughout the area. Excellent internal recruitment for higher management. If you live hospitality this will be a perfect fit.

Cons

Long Hours and relatively stressful, fast paced environment. Challenging key metrics, not necessarily a con. 3rd party management is always more challenging than working for the client directly with more than one boss, I.e., client and directors.
