      Pros

      Approachable bosses, fast tracked in-company promotions, good pay for the job, running at work, good insurance, they take care of you well all things considered

      Cons

      All the cons I can think of are really cons for the service industry in general. Hours can be late or early but people drive 24/7, so it makes sense. You are understaffed sometimes, but people come in rushes at parking garages or restaurants -- it's just part of the job.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, paid holidays. Very good job to balance with school or a second job. With tips, you can average around $20/hr. Good opportunity to meet new people.

      Cons

      Very little to no growth within the company. The amount of tips can also be dependent on shifts. Night shifts at hotel operations means tips are at a minimum. Small mistakes could lead to termination. A lot of inaccurate and unfair secret shops are used to determine if the property is following company guidelines.
