      Pros

      Flexible schedule, good benefits for part time worker with paid holidays and accrual of vacation hours and sick days.

      Cons

      Have to work all holidays, high management turnover, seniority of other employees presents issue with getting better shifts

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, work outside, work atmosphere is socially focused. Definitely beats sitting at a desk in doors all day. Fresh air and sunshine definitely keep the work environment enjoyable.

      Cons

      Inconsistent management quality, inconsistent disciplinary standards. I've had a couple of managers who didn't seem like they should have made it through the interview.

      Pros

      I met most of my best friends here; the employees are very good about looking out for each other and camaraderie is high in many areas of the company. Learned some very good leadership skills regarding performance management. Seriously, I did! Benefits are very good. Employee recognition, when it exists, is generous.

      Cons

      Very inconsistent leadership. It's ok to swear here and be sworn at. There are days that are intense for no predictable reason. While some of the leadership skills are very wise, others, such as a lack of clear goals or employee care are strikingly absent.
