      Pros

      It is a nice company that offers jobs for those in need especially those who are down and out and in need of opportunity. To the nitty gritty, it's not perfect (obviously no job is) but if you're looking for work, Ace is a place if you're willing to put in the work. I do appreciate that they offer a place for folks in need of work.

      Cons

      These are physical jobs which means those with physical or health limitations will have difficulties but if you are able to stand and move about all day, you should be fine (you may need water and good shoes to get you through the day). Also, learn to work and bear with people from your coworkers (who are part of the Ace Community) to people you will be helping such as traffic directing.
