Quick cash, stay in Shape, drive cars

Cons

Coworkers are druggies, not uncommon to have people withhold their tips instead of putting them in the employee tip jar to split etc

Pros

As someone who has spent a total of 7 years with Ace Parking, I can unequivocally say that the Top 3 Pros that come to mind are: 1. family-oriented culture. 2. work-life balance, 3. Autonomy for creativity. Apply if you are looking for a great place to work that not only acknowledges your differences, but also recognizes them as strengths.

Cons

If you consider the "Parking Industry" a con.

Pros

Good for a job in between jobs or side job

Cons

They like to give extra work other than just a parking job. Not flexible on scheduling unless you work part time. Long hours on the weekends dealing with drunk, aggressive people. Benefits don't start until 3 months in. Management doesn't know what they're doing half the time and they'll pass their work off on Assistant managers/supervisors without compensation. Managers also supposed to be available 24/7 in case something happens, but they seem to only work 9-5 and never answer their employees about problems that arise during shift.
