Pros

The money (tips) can be good if you work morning shifts. Don't expect to be there without a minimum of 3-4 years of experience. Regulars: Once you are somewhere long enough, the people you see often will make the job more tolerable. Often, you will notice that they will treat you better than your own management.

Cons

You will always hear this from management: "Good Tip Potential" That is true 1 out of every 15 times you show up to work. Don't believe the hype. They used to offer bonuses for coming to help another location. They stopped doing that, now it seems like its more about the bottom line and not about customer service. Morning crews will always have the best and most consistent tip outs. Afternoon and Night crews have to deal with the most scrutiny and micro-management. No benefits.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences working as a valet at ACE. We appreciate your candid feedback and want to acknowledge your concerns regarding management and the challenges faced by different shifts. It's disheartening to hear that our communication about tip potential hasn't met expectations, and we regret any disappointment caused by the changes in our bonus structure. We understand the importance of fostering a positive work culture and customer service, and your insights will be shared with the relevant teams for further review. While we recognize the room for improvement, we value the dedication of our employees and the relationships built with our regular customers.
