Pros
There are some genuinely good and talented people that work here. WLB is generally good. Interesting technology stack. Training and certifications are supported if it helps the company. If you're early career or don't care about being paid less, you could learn something here.
Cons
Top leadership is the real issue with this company. There is a lot of change in direction, constant micromanagement, blaming others, disrespect, and almost annual layoffs. Pay is below industry standard for the same roles. The benefits are basic. There is a general lack of process and standards across the board. Not many growth or advancement opportunities.
