Pros
Fun atmosphere. Easy to get along with all the employees. As a contracting house, the work stays new and fresh and varies every few months. Always someone around to ask questions or advice. Gave very much autonomy for weekly tasks to get done. Sometimes too much so.
Cons
Require meticulous time-tracking for each task. Which means each indivitual task must be worked on, logged, and stopped before changing focus. Which is to be expected as they are billing clients for time. Training was more or less non-existant. But practises were easily enough to pick up. Salary is a bit low; but not terribly out-of-band.
